Evil Army is a Thrash band with a heavy Punk influence from Memphis Tennessee. There lifestyle was as extreme as their music leading to two band members dying from an overdose. They have only released one full length album in 2006 entitled "Evil Army" with lyrical content about violence, destruction and war. The Music falls hand in hand with the content, it's fast aggressive and raw just the way thrash should be.

For fans of early Sabbath
Enter the band Sleep, The Stoner, Sludge band from San Jose California. Probably one of the most influential bands of the genre. Started in the early 90's Sleep evolved from the band Asbestodeath after the joining of Matt Pike on guitar, and several other members being replaced. Their famous record "Holy Mountain" played an important role in the evolution of Stoner/Doom metal.
